Number of Servings: 9


    2 Tbs fresh chopped Basil
    1 Tbs Olive Oil
    .25 C White Onions Finely Chopped
    2 Large Cloves of Garlic Finely Chopped
    1-1.5 Cups of your Favorite Spaghetti Sauce
    1 box of Lasagna Noodles (make them all as some will break)
    .25-.5 C Light or Fat Free Cream Cheese
    1-15 oz container of Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
    1 C Pre-shredded Cheese (5 Cheese or Italian mix is good)

    ** this isn't included in the calories, but fresh grated Parm Cheese goes very well in this it some bite!

    *This make 4 large servings or 6-8 small servings if using a 9x9 glass pan.


Sautee onions in the oil over med/low heat. After about 1 minute, add the garlic with some fresh ground pepper and sea salt. Sautee until the onions are clear, but stir often and keep heat lw to not burn garlic.

In a medium bowl, mix the cheese together until smooth. Add the onion and garlic mixture. Still until combined. Then add the basil and stir again. use sea salt and pepper to taste.

Spray your 9x9 glass pan with cooking spray. place about 1-2 tbs of sauce on the bottom of the pan then add a layer of noodles. Add a layer of cheese and a thin layer of sauce. Complete this at least twice or to your preference. On the final layer, top with sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 20-25 mins or until golden brown.

Serve warm and enjoy!
