Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (raw, boneless, skinless), 16 oz
    *Coconut Milk, reduced fat (Amoy), 400 gram(s)
    *Mushroom Straw Canned Oceanic Brand (1 can)
    *Babycorn, 1 can
    Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    *Curry, Aro D Panang Curry Paste, 3 tbsp

Directions

Slice chicken

Cook chicken and broccoli in half can of coconut milk until chicken is just cooked through. Add straw mushrooms and babycorn. Mix curry paste with remaining coconut milk, and add to pot. Bring to boil, and serve.
