White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
Chicken Bone Broth - Homemade, 2.5 cup
    Garlic, 1 clove

    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Paprika, 1 tsp

    Onion powder, 1 tbsp
    ##Paprika, 1 tsp)
    ##Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
Frantoia Organic cherry tomato sauce (500g)

I used what tomato sauce I had on hand. You can use any brand, preferable lower sodium than what I had. Also, use fresh onion over onion powder if you prefer. Can freeze left overs for less work next time.

Heat oil in cast iron skillet, Add rice and cook until translucent. Add garlic, sauté until soft. Add tomato sauce, stir in spices. Add bone broth and combine. Bring to boil, reduce heat to low and cover. Cook about 20 minutes until rice is done.
