Ingredients

    2 Tablespoons brown sugar, packed
    1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 Cup picante sauce
    1 Pound turkey cutlets (4)

Directions

Place rinsed and dried turkey cutlets in a baking dish.
Mix picante sauce, brown sugar and Dijon mustard and spoon over cutlets; spread evenly.
Bake at 400F 25-30 minutes.
Serve with sauce spooned over.
Top with shredded cheese and a dollop of sour cream (neither included in nutrition information).
