Ingredients


    Dairy - Cheese - Neufchatel - Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 Less Fat - grams (28g / 1 oz), 112 gram(s) (remove)
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, 336 grams (remove)
    Smithfield Thick Cut Bacon, 12 oz (remove)
    Cheddar Cheese, Kroger shredded Sharp Cheddar, 1 cup (remove)
    Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove)

Directions

Fry bacon and crumple
Cook cauliflower for about 10 minutes in microwave in covered dish. Mash well when done.
Mix all other items - keeping 1/2 cup cheese out -in with drained cauliflower.
Put in oven safe dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
