Ingredients

Cake Ingredients:
1 egg
1 egg white
1 scoop Fitmiss Delight Strawberries N Cream protein powder (or Vanilla Chai)
1/4 c no sugar added applesauce
3 tbsp flax seed
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
Frosting Ingredients:
1/3 c plain greek yogurt
1 scoop Fitmiss Delight protein powder
Tips
The macros are different because I had to put in a different protein powder, but I did use the Fit Miss Strawberries 'n Cream and it was awesome.
Directions
Directions:
In a blender, blend cake ingredients until smooth.
Stir 2-3 chopped strawberries into batter.
Spray a bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Pour in batter.
Cover with plastic wrap or damp paper towel.
Cook in microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix frosting ingredients.
Cut cake in half.
Top with half of the frosting and one sliced strawberry.
Place top half of cake back on and top with remaining frosting and one more sliced strawberry.
Serving Size: One very large "cake"
