    Water, tap, 1.75 cup
    Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 3 cup
    Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 3 tsp
    Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 6 tbsp
    Millet, 1/4 cup
    Bulgur, dry, 1/2 cup
    Salt, 1 1/4 tsp
    Active Dry Yeast, 3 tsp


Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and add the Millet, Bulgur take off heat and let it sit for 10 minutes.

You can use a bread machine or do it by hand.

By hand:

combine all remaining ingredients (which includes about 3/4 cup of water) and knead thoroughly for about 15 minutes. Put in a bowl and cover with a towel (slightly moistened to prevent the doug from drying out). Leave it in a warm spot for about 10 minutes. ( I like the water heater closet, it nice and warm ). Then punch down the dough and put it in it's final form. I tend to drop it in a cake pan, though that is not needed at all. Then I put it back in the warm spot covered with the moist towel for another 50-60 minutes. Then pop it in the oven for 50 minutes at about 400F.

This makes a 35 oz (about 2 pound) bread. Assuming 1.5oz in a slice there will be about 23 slices.
