Ingredients

    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup peanut butter
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 eggs, large
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    2 cups flour

Directions

Cream butter and peanut butter together, Add sugars, baking soda and baking powder, mix well. Add eggs and vanilla and blend smooth. Add flour 1 cup at a time until dough forms stiff ball. Cover pan with foil to minimize mess and place cookie dough balls about 2 inches apart. Do no flatten! Bake about 9 minutes at 350 degrees or until cracks form. Remove foil from pan to cool and cook next batch until all dough is used.

Optional: Add chocolate chips or roll balls in cinnamon and sugar before baking.

Serving Size: Makes about 45 generous cookie balls
