Introduction

This is a fresh all natural guacomole. Every time I make it for parties everyone says it's the best they have had! Enjoy!! This is a fresh all natural guacomole. Every time I make it for parties everyone says it's the best they have had! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

    6 avocadoes- coarsly chopped, skin and seed removed
    1/2 chopped red onion
    4 roma tomatoes-chopped
    2 garlic cloves finely chopped
    1/4 cup chopped and packed cilantro
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash pepper
    a couple tablespoons lime juice to taste

Directions

Add all chopped ingredients. Leave avocadoes chunky.. only mashing a few of them to combine ingredients. Add tomatoes, garlic, onion, cilantro, salt, pepper and lime juice to taste. Referigerate several hours in refrigerator. To prevent from turning brown place 2 avocado seeds in bowl and place saran wrap directly on top of guacomole so air doesn't get to it. This probably makes close to 3 cups. Serve with baked or regular tortilla chips or with fajitas or any other dish u would like.
