    1 cup fat free ricotta cheese
    26 oz Ragu Light Tomato & Basil Sauce
    1 package (8 oz) Kraft Fat Free Shredded Mozzarella Cheese + 2 oz more
    1 box (1 lb, uncooked) ziti or penne pasta


Cook the pasta (I like the ribbed penne pasta - smaller pieces for my son, & the ribbed sides hold the sauce better!) until it is al dente; drain.

Mix the tomato sauce & the ricotta cheese (I just use the same pot I cooked the pasta in - less clean up!); add the cooked pasta and blend.

Add 5-6 oz of the shredded mozzarella cheese - mix well. Pour into a lightly greased 8 1/2 x 11 pan. Evenly spread the remaining 2-3 oz of shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake (uncovered) at 350 degrees for 15 minutes - cheese should be lightly browned.
