Ingredients

4 c. whole wheat spaghetti
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 98% Fat Free
1 c. Swanson chicken broth 99% Fat Free
1/3 c. Parmesan
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (low-fat or 2%)
3/4 c. Mushrooms
2# Chicken, Roasted and shredded (Kroger's deli)
1/4 c. parmesan (for Topping)
Tips
serve with garlic toast if you wish or add some more veggies like peas, carrots, onions, or peppers.
Directions
Cook spaghetti.
While spaghetti cooks, in separate bowl, stir together soup, chicken broth, 1/3 c. parmesan, salt, pepper, and garlic pepper.
Add Swiss cheese, mushrooms, and chicken to soup mixture.
Toss together with spaghetti.
Place in Pam sprayed casserole dish.
Sprinkle 1/4 c. Parmesan on top.
Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes.
Serving Size: serves 9 (cut 8x8 casserole dish 3X3 )
