Introduction

Adapted from eatingwell.com. Takes 5 minutes to make, uses pantry items, delicious. Original recipe uses 2 T. EVOO and omits basil, garlic, mayo and yogurt but I like my version. Ingredients

    12 oz can tuna (in water)
    15 oz can cannellini beans
    1/2 c red onion (small dice)
    2 T lemon juice
    2 T basil, chopped
    10 cherry tomatoes
    1 t minced garlic
    2 T lowfat greek yogurt
    1 T mayo
    salt & pepper to taste

Tips

Will last up to 3 days covered in fridge.


Directions

Mix ingredients together. Refrigerate 1 hour for flavors to meld.
