Introduction

Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Bacon - Oscar Meyer Low Sodium (2 pieces), 1 serving (remove)
    Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Tbsp, 2 serving (remove)
    *Ball Park brand Hamburger Buns (serving is one bun), 1 serving (remove)
    Romaine lettuce serving size 2 cups fresh express hearts of romaine, .25 cup (remove)
    *Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (RoTel), 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. line a baking sheet with tinfoil. i put a cooling rack on the pan and lay my bacon on that and cook for 10 - 12 minutes. I likike my bacon a llittle crunchier so i willl broil for another 2 minutes. while bacon is cooking, shred your lettuce. While bacon is cooking make my simple guacamole - drained 10 oz can of rotel tomato and chiles, two sliced avocados, tbsp of cilantro and tablespoon of garlic power. stir and mash in a bowl and set aside. toast hamburger bun. spread guacamole on bun slices. add lettuce and bacon and enjoy.
