    *Pederson's Kielbasa Smoked Sausage, 85 gram(s) (remove)
    Joan of Arc - goat cheese - tomato Basil, 4 oz (remove)
    Spinach, frozen, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Summer Squash, 1 medium (remove)
    Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 8 large (remove)
    Organic Valley Organic Heavy Whipping Cream, 4 tbsp (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 3 1tsp (remove)

Tips

Saute onions, spinach, and chopped squash in coconut oil until tender but not brown. Add goat cheese and stir into mixture. Add eggs & cream mixture, well beaten to skillet. Cook 2 minutes till bottom is set. Bake at 370 for 25 minutes or until set and golden brown
