    2 cups Lettuce
    4 roasted beets
    1 can mandarin oranges drained
    2 oz crumbled goat cheese
    .25 cup slivered almonds
    .25 cup dried cranberries
    .5-.75 lb cooked shrimp
    4 Tbsp Raspberry salad dressing
