    3 T molasses
    3/4 t balsamic vinegar
    1/2 t worcestershire sauce
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 1 1/2 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed of all visible fat
    1/2 t salt
    2 t coarsely ground black pepper


Preheat oven to 400. Combine the molasses, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, and garlic in a large bowl. Pat the pork dry and add it to the molasses mixture; turn to coat.

Transfer the meat to a rack in a roasting pan. Sprinkle all over with salt and pepper, and press the seasoning into the meat with your hands. Roast until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 160F, 22-25 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before slicing.
