Ingredients

1/4 lb turkey bacon
2 lbs brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
3/4 t salt
1/2 t caraway seeds
1/4 t freshly ground pepper
2 T plain dried bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400. Cook the bacon in a nonstick skillet until almost crips, about 4 minutes on each side. With a slotted spatual, transfer the bacon to a papertowl lined plate to drain. Add the brussel sprouts to the pan and toss to coat with the bacon fat. Stir in the salt, caraway seeds, and pepper. Cut the bacon into 1/2 in pieces and add to the brussel sprouts.
Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, 15-20 minutes. Transfer to an oval baking dish and sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Broil the sprouts, 4 inches from the heat until the bread crumbs are browned. 1-2 minutes.
