    *Soy protein concentrate, produced by acid wash, 1 oz
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    Lemon, fresh squeezed, juice of one whole lemon, .5 serving
    *(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp, 1 tsp
    Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g), 1 serving
    *Vibrant Health Field Of Greens Certified Organic Version 1 (1 rounded Tablespoon/7.1 grams), 1 serving
