    1/2 cup Low-fat Butter Pecan Ice Cream (WalMart's Great Value brand is the leanest I can find)

    1/2 cup nonfat milk

    1 tablespoon Designer Whey Protein powder (vanilla)

    1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

    1 teaspoon honey

    3 ice cubes


Mix in blender 45 seconds. Enjoy! Be careful, cuz this is addicting!
