Ingredients

    1 (340g) bag frozen cauliflower florets
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp garlic powder
    2 tbs nutritional yeast flakes
    2 tbs almond meal/flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a jellyroll pan with parchment.

Combine seasonings (everything except cauliflower) thoroughly.

Empty bag of cauliflower onto prepared pan, shake pan to make single layer of cauliflower, and sprinkle evenly with seasoning.

Bake ~30 minutes (or to desired tenderness).
