    1.5 fresh fish fillets (haddock, etc.)
    2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    1 cup chopped tomato
    1 cup sliced fesh mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Table Blend seasoning (or other Mrs. Dash flavor)


Place fish fillets in microwave baking dish. Dot with margarine substitute. Combine vegetables and place on top of fillets. Sprinkle with seasoning. Cover with plastic wrap and vent at one corner. Microwave 8 minutes (add 1-2 minutes until fish is done). Fish is cooked when flakes easily with fork.
Makes 4 servings (depending on size of fillet)
