Ingredients

    2 chicken breasts-boiled, shredded
    1/2 Granny Smith Apple, chopped
    10 Red seedless grapes, chopped
    1/2 serving Craisins, chopped
    10 roasted salted almonds, chopped
    1 Tbsp Low fat Mayo
    Dash of salt

Directions

Boil chicken for about 25 minutes or until completely cooked
While chicken is boiling, chop all other ingredients
Shred chicken then stir all ingredients together.
Serve chilled

Serving Size: Makes 4 1/2 cup servings
