    1/4 c. walnut
    1/4 c. frozen blueberries
    1 1/2 fresh banana sliced
    2 t. ground cinnnamon
    2 c. oats
    2 c. almond milk
    2 c. skim milk
    2 T. maple syrup

Tips

Refrigerate leftovers. Reheat in microwave on 90% power for 1 minute.


Directions

Place all ingredients in crock pot. Cook on low for 3 hours.
