Ingredients

    slaw:
    7.5 c. cole slaw mix
    2 Red Delicious apples, cored and corsely chopped
    1 c. diced celery

    dressing:
    1/2c. apple cider vinegar
    6T sugar
    1T vegetable oil
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Combine all slaw ingredients. Combine all dressing ingredients separately and pour over slaw mix. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at last 2 hours (but not more than 8 hours) to allow flavors to blend.

    Yields apx. 10 1c. servings.
