    Casa Sanchez Pico de Gallo Chunky Salsa
    Zucchini

Tips

Lightly salt zucchini slices during assembly.


Directions

Thinly slice zucchini length-wise.
Layer zucchini, 2 Tbsp pico de gallo & 1/4 cup cheese in 8" x 6" pyrex baking dish.
Bake 350 degrees on top oven rack 15 minutes or until cheese is brown.
Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
