    Beef - chuck 3 pounds
    Marinara sauce 1 cup
    white wine - 1 cup
    3 Onion
    5 stalks Celery
    5 Carrots
    1 cup Peas (fresh or frozen)
    1 cup Corn (fresh or frozen)
    2 quarts Water
    5 Pototatoes
    3 squirts of Mustard


Put in stew pot (all the ingredients BUT potatoes)
Bring to boil and then simmer for 2-3 hours. The longer the simmer the more tasty.

Leave and refridgerate over night. Next day skim off unwanted fat. Add the potatoes bring to boil, simmer for 45 minutes.

Add spices to taste (pepper....etc)

Serving size 1.5 cups

Serve hot. Freeze remaining in serving sizes for future meals
