    1 Tbsp Great Value Liquid Egg White
    .5 Cup Great Value Plain, Nonfat Yogurt
    1 Tbsp Matcha Tea
    .5 Cup Fresh or Frozen Fruit(I find berries, peaches, mango or bananas to work the best)
    1 Tsp Stevia No Calorie Sweetener

Directions

Layer ingredients in blender. Blend, pour into a cup and enjoy!
