Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lbs Boneless Pork
    Water to cover
    2 tsp. Salt
    1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar, Packed
    1/4 Nutri Blend Flour (1/2 wheat & 1/2 white)
    1/4 cup Water
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tbsp Ketchup
    1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
    1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder

Directions

Combine pork, water and salt in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover. Simmer for about 80 min. Drain & Set aside.
Mix brown sugar and flour well in medium saucepan. Stir in remaining ingredients until smooth. Heat and stir on medium until boiling and thickened. Pour over pork mixture. toss until well coated. Transfer to warmed platter or bowl. Enjoy!
