Ingredients

    2 large Cucumbers, spaghetti style
    8 slices Smoked salmon
    3 Tbsp Olive oil
    1 Tbsp Whole grain mustard
    1/2 Tbsp Maple syrup
    1 Tbsp Lemon juice
    2 tsp Dill weed
    Salt & Pepper to taste

Tips

Can also serve on small slices of bread for finger food.

Directions

Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking mustard, syrup, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper. Add dill weed.

Wash and peel the cucumbers and cut into spaghetti style.

Place two slices of salmon on a plate with cucumber on top. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
