Introduction

I choose to make these with HWC instead of milk to save on carbs and it's easier for me to digest as well. I choose to make these with HWC instead of milk to save on carbs and it's easier for me to digest as well.

Ingredients

    1/3 Cup Hungry Jack Potato Flakes
    1 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream (HWC)
    water as needed to consistency desired; I'd start with at least 1/3 - 1/2 - careful to not overdo it on water though because you'll want to add
    1 Tbsp (or your desired amount) of Brummel & Brown or butter if you have some.

Directions

Mix water and cream together, I tend to never add enough water at the beginning because I don't want to overdo it. Stir in flakes. Add more water as needed to desired consistencey. Microwave per box suggestion. Add butter when hot to melt.
