Ingredients

1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Pepper, black
1 tsp Turmeric, ground
1.50 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain
8 tbsp Ketchup
3 serving 1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
3 cloves Garlic, 1 tsp/1 clove
1 cup onion chopped
2 tsp Sriracha
2 cans Organic black beans
0.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
Tips
You can sub salsa for ketchup and sriracha, and oats for breadcrumbs
If mix is too mushy add more breadcrumbs
Directions
1. Mash beans with a fork but leave some chunks, add ingredients and mix with hands until thoroughly combined. The mix should be pretty thick and easily formed into sturdy patties. If too mushy add more crumbs.
2. Lightly coat skillet with olive oil and cook on med-hi for 6 minutes and flip and cook for 6 more minutes or until warmed completely through.
3. Serve on a Kaiser bun that has been buttered with garlic and toasted in the oven
4. Top with spinach, tomatoes, onions or any other fixings you like.
