Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds very lean ground beef
    1 medium onion
    4 cans (15 oz) diced tomatoes
    2 cans (15 oz) light red kidney beans
    1 can (15 oz) pinto beans
    1 can (15 oz) black beans
    1 cup medium Pace Picante Sauce
    1 T. chili powder (more or less to taste)
    1 tsp. salt (more or less to taste)


Directions

Brown the ground beef and onion. Drain very thoroughly. Add to remaining ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer 45 minutes.

Makes 16 one-cup servings.
