Ingredients

    Recipe:

    - 10 dates (soaked in hot water for 10 minutes)
    - 3 frozen banana ( peel skin before freezing )
    - 2 cups of choice milk ( i made my own hazelnut milk)
    - 3 tbs cacao ( i replaced mine with choc protein )
    - pinch of cinnamon
    - 1 tbs Earth's Benefit Pistachio Nut Butter
    - half avocado (optional )
    - half a cup rolled oats (optional)
    - 1 tsp flaxseed
    - 1 tsp chia seed
    - 1 cup ice

Directions:

1: pit dates.

2: place all ingredients into blender and blend til smooth.

3: Enjoy!
