    *Tofu, salted and fermented (fuyu), prepared with calcium sulfate, 1 block
    Rice flour, white, .25 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, .5 1tsp
    *Sesame Seeds, 2 tbsp
    *Hoisin Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    *Sweet Cooking Rice Wine, 1 tbsp
    Ginger, ground, .5 tsp
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    *Green Giant Sugar Snap Peas, no sauce, 1 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, sliced
    Cornstarch, 1 tablespoon
    Water, 1/2 cup


Drain and cut the tofu into 1 inch squares. Marinade in rice wine, ginger, garlic, and 1 table spoon soy sauce for 1 hour. Drain and coat with rice flour. Stirfry in oil and place on plate. Steam the vegetables and arrange around the fried tofu. Add hoisin sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of corn staarch to 1/2 cup of water and heat until thickened. Pour over the tofu and vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with rice.
