    -6 zapallos italianos grandes, pelados lonja por medio y en cubos de 4x3 cm aproximadamente
    -30 gr. mantequilla
    - 1/2 taza pan rallado
    - 1/2 taza queso rallado
    - 4 huevos grandes
    - sal y pimienta a gusto
    Zucchini, 15 cup, sliced, half-peeled
    Butter, salted, 30 grams
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 0.5 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
    Egg, fresh, 4 large


- Poner los zapallos en una olla con 1 cucharadita de sal y 1 cm. de agua.
- Cocer a fuego bajo y tapado, revolviendo ocasionalmente, por 20 minutos o hasta que los zapallos estén cocidos, pero no deshechos.
- Agregar la mantequilla y el pan rallado y revolver.
- Agregar 1 cucharadita de sal más, los huevos, pimienta y revolver un poco hasta que el huevo esté cocido.
- Aplastar un poco los zapallos italianos, agregar el queso y revolver. Retirar del fuego y servir.
-- Put the zucchinis in a pot with 1 teaspoon salt and 1 cm. water.
-- Cook at low heat, covered, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or until the zucchinis are cooked, but not broken.
-- Add butter and bread crumbs and stir.
-- Add 4 teaspoon salt, the eggs, pepper and stir until the eggs are cooked.
-- Smash a bit the zucchinis, add the parmesan cheese and stir. Remove from heat and serve.
