Introduction

I serve this over 7up biscuits once a year, it's my hubby's favorite breakfast, but since it is so high in calories, he only gets it on Father's Day! I serve this over 7up biscuits once a year, it's my hubby's favorite breakfast, but since it is so high in calories, he only gets it on Father's Day!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb Ground Pork sausage
    3C skim milk
    3 Tbsp butter
    1/4 C flour

Tips

I like to put savory seasoning and fresh ground pepper--but these are optional.


Directions

Cook sausage until brown and crumbly, drain out all BUT 1 Tbsp of excess grease.
Now using medium heat do the following-------
Place butter in pan and let it melt.
Next sprinkle in the flour and stir, let it cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.
Finally pour in the milk, and stir.
The gravy will thicken within 5-10 minutes, continue to stir occasionally until the gravy is thick.

Serving Size: makes 6 1/2C servings
