A great way to use leftover chicken! A great way to use leftover chicken!
Number of Servings: 12


    Baked or roasted whole chicken, one breast and one leg quarter
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1 tbsp chopped sweet yellow onion
    1 cup sliced red grapes
    2 tbsp chopped walnuts
    3 tbsp Kraft mayonnaise with olive oil


Roast or bake whole chicken in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Serve half of chicken as meal. Use 1 breast and 1 leg quarter for salad. Chop.

Mix together in bowl chicken, celery, onion, grapes, walnuts and mayonnaise.

Serve in a sandwich with greens or in a bowl with crackers.
