Ingredients
-
1 frozen banana, still frozen (cut in slices or chunks...easier to chop up in the blender)
8 oz. milk, whole
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1 T creamy peanut butter
3 packets splenda
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
1 Serving
**Of course you can use lowfat milk and reduced fat peanut butter to make it a little healthier.
**Some protein powders are already sweetened, so you may not need any of the splenda.
***I like to add 2 t. of cocoa powder to make it chocolatey.
***I also add 1 t. of fiber powder to help me get more fiber.
****I drink this for breakfast sometimes and it is very filling and sticks with you for a while.
