Ingredients

    2 cumbers peeled and seeded
    2 large red tomatoes, chopped
    1 small red onion thinly sliced
    1 yellow bell pepper cut in half, seeded and sliced
    8 oz. of fat free sour cream
    Mrs. Dash garlic and herb Blend to taste
    fresh ground black pepper to taste

Tips

Add a protein like cooked chicken breast tomato this salad an entire meal.
