Ingredients

    Meat Balls

    1.5 lbs Ground Beef 93% Lean
    1.25 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
    1.5 tbsp dried Parsley
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    1 large Egg, lightly beaten

    Sauce

    1 tbsp Onion powder
    3 cans (15 oz each) Tomato Sauce
    2 14.5 oz Canned Tomatoes, undrained
    6 Garlic cloves
    2 Bay leaves
    1 tsp dry Basil
    1 tsp dry Oregano
    1 tsp dry Parsley
    1 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper

    Pasta

    5 oz uncooked Whole Wheat Spaghetti, (cooked - 7.5 cup)

Tips

Pasta is calculated at about 3/4 C per serving.


Directions

Mix meatball ingredients. Shape into 1 tbsp balls.
Mix sauce ingredients in crock pot.
Add meat balls. Set pot to cook on low for 6 hours.

Noodles - cook according to directions.
