Ingredients

    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    egg plant,, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 4 slice, large (1/4" thick)
    Garlic Powder, 0.33 tsp.
    Sweet & Sour Sauce, .5 serving

Tips

You can add shrimp or chicken or beef. You can also add more veggies of your likings.


Directions

chunk Zucchini and egg plant. Slice onions and add to pan with a little olive oil till done. Add a little sweet & sour sauce and a little water and mix.
