Introduction

This is how we cook spaghetti. This is how we cook spaghetti.

Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef 80/20
    1 C chopped onion
    2 garlic cloves
    1 jar Ragu chunky style
    1 pound whole grain pasta

Tips

Also can add carrots and zucchini to sauce.


Directions

brown beef, cook onion and garlic. Drain fat from beef, then add sauce. boil noodles and serve. A serving is 1/4 of the sauce, and 1 cup of noodles.
