Introduction

Ingredients



    Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) 16 oz
    1.5 medium raw sweet onions, chopped
    1 large egg
    *Ketchup, Heinz, 2 tbsp\
    *Matzoh Meal, 1/4 cup
    spice to taste. I use a combination of oregano, basil, thyme, garlic salt, parsley and pepper.

Tips

After completing the meatballs, place them in your favorite pasta sauce. I prefer my own sauce, the recipe for which is available on Sparkrecipes.com.. The meatballs are great on pasta or in a meatball sub.


Directions

Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Line sheet pan with parchment paper
Make meat balls, approximately 5/8 oz each and line them up on sheet pan
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 with convention
