Ingredients

    Pizza Toppings:
    1 Flatout Multi-Grain w Flax Flat Bread ( or any other low carb tortilla)
    6 oz cooked ground beef ( seasoned with 2 tsp of the tex mex seasoning)
    60 gr or 1/2 cup of Tex Mex shredded cheese
    30gr or 1/4 cup Pizza Mozzarella cheese
    30gr or 1/4 cup or chopped up red onions
    5 black olives pitted and sliced
    2 cherry tomatoes chopped
    1 oz or a few to taste pickled or fresh jalapeno

    Pizza Sauce:
    4 tbsp Hellman mayo
    4 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Wing sauce
    4 tsp Tex Mex Seasoning

Tips

Serve with a side of sour cream.


Directions

Combine all of the pizza sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
lay the flatbread out on a parchment paper in an oven save pan
add the sauce to the bread followed by adding the ground beef. Top with both cheeses, tomateos, olives and jalapeno peppers.

cook on 350 for 5 minutes and then Broil for approx 2 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 2 2 slice serving
