Introduction

Ingredients

    Overnight Oats Basic Recipe
    1/2c oats (extra thick rolled or steel cut)
    1/2c vanilla almond milk
    1/3c nonfat Greek yogurt
    1tsp toasted chia
    A pinch of salt
    4 drops liquid Stevia

Tips

Toast the oats in a dry pan to produce a nutty toasted flavor and bring depth and complexity to your overnight oats!


Directions

Add all ingredients into a bell jar or small container.
Stir well.
Refrigerate overnight or up to one week.

    Veganized with no yogurt and left out the stevia. Added some strawberries and cinnamon. Fantastic! Will try chia next time! - 9/29/17
