Introduction

Just what it sounds like, a chia seed breakfast loaded with fiber and other tasty goodness. Just what it sounds like, a chia seed breakfast loaded with fiber and other tasty goodness.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1/3 cups chia seeds
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    2-5 T honey (or maple syrup, or 5-7 pitted dates if you're blending it)

Tips

Calories are calculated with 4 T of honey. Leftovers keep for 2-3 days but its better eaten fresh.


Directions

Vigorously whisk together all ingredients except for the sweetener of your choice. Sweeten to taste at this time (if you're blending you can sweeten it when you blend it).

Refrigerate for at least 3-5 hours before eating/ blending.
