Yummy alternative to the traditional green bean casserole. Yummy alternative to the traditional green bean casserole.
Number of Servings: 12


    2 cans French Style Green Beans
    2 cans Sweet Corn
    1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream

    1/2 cup melted butter
    1 pack of reduced fat Ritz crackers, crushed


Mix all ingredients together and put into a large shallow casserole dish.

Melt butter and mix with crushed Ritz crackers. Place on top of casserole.

Bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes
