    1.25 cup Heavy Cream
    .50 cup Sugar
    .50 cup 2% Milk
    I pack Gelatin
    .50 Vanilla Bean Pod scraped
    .25 cup of Water to bloom Gelatin in
    1.50 tbsp Dark Cocoa Powder
    1 dash Salt


Adjust cocoa to your taste. This recipe is great with just vanilla or be creative with other ingredients like violet flavor or earl gay. I love to reduce some raspberries with sugar and place it on top.


In sauce pan combine heavy cream, sugar, milk, and vanilla bean pod with scrapings and bring to a simmer. Meanwhile place packet of gelatin in water and allow to bloom. Mix cocoa powder into heavy cream mixture. Once combined take off heat and add gelatin. Place in containers and let chill in fridge 3 hours to over night. Enjoy!
