    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cp nonfat milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1/3 cp mayonnaise
    2 cups cooked chicken
    1 16oz bag frozen vegetables
    2 cp brown rice, long grain
    1 cp cheddar cheese


Preheat oven to 350. Blend soup, milk, salt, pepper, and mayonnaise in bowl. Combine chicken, veggies, and rice in large bowl. Fold soup mixture into chicken mixture. Fold in half the cheddar.
Put all in medium casserole dish and sprinkle top with remaining cheddar. bake til top is brown, about 25 minutes.
