Introduction

Ingredients

    Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, 1 cup
    Yogurt, plain, lowfat, 1 cup
    Frozen berries, 1 cup

Tips

add a little honey to sweeten if desired


Directions

Prepare the oats in saucepan night before, bring 1 cup to boil in 4 cups water, reduce for one minute, cover and remove from heat (leave on stove overnight or put in fridge once cool.
combine 1 cup of cooked oats, yogurt and berries in seal-able container, stir gently to mix then store overnight in fridge.

Serving Size: makes enough for 2-3 3/4 cup servings
